First, it took twice as long to prepare the merchandise. Second, everything arrived different from what I requested. Alibaba's refund policy does not work. They only refund you what the seller wants, and if you don't accept they don't give you anything back. In my case they should have refunded me 100% of the purchase but I had to be content with 10% and assumed all the costs of a merchandise that did not comply in any way with what was requested. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE FACTORY, MUCH LESS ALIBABÁ. THEY ARE CRIMINALS
